We don’t accept any refund requests once the order gets placed and shipped. Though if you have received a Wrong/Defective product or in case of Damaged/Leaked/Missing Product, email us on customersupport@naturepureonline.com or alternatively call us at Tel. 011-41754010 (Open 10 AM – 6 PM from Monday – Saturday).
Once the product(s) is purchased and received at destination we DO NOT HAVE ANY RETURN/REFUND POLICY on our product(s). If damaged or broken piece received, you may contact us directly.

Customer cancellation
The customer cannot cancel the order once it gets shipped or even placed on the website.
Other cancellations
We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that our courier partners are unable to accept and service due to certain reasons.
Some other situations that may result in your order being canceled include:
- Non-availability of the product ordered by you
- Errors in pricing information specified by our partners (sellers)
- Non-availability of the quantities ordered by you
- Any other reason beyond the control of the company
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
